Reporting to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and based in Beijing, China, the REGIONAL SALES MANAGER will ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Customer engagement, follow through and closure of contracts.
- Secure Proof of Concept, Pilot and Mass Deployment projects in targeted customers
- Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets set for both design in and revenue.
- Define and implement sales strategy for design in and market penetration.
- Manage and drive distribution channel partners in the China region
- Co-work with regional marketing and FAE to ensure new market penetration and secure design won
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Positive & ongoing professional attitude
- Excellent communicator
- Comfort presenting to the customers for new technology
- Ability to make professional demonstrations to many types of audience
- Strong communications skills
- Familiarity with wireless communications technologies is a plus but not necessary
- Ability to work as a team
- Understanding of semiconductor industry
- Experience working across different time zones / different cultures
