Regional Sales Manager

Reporting to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and based in Beijing, China, the REGIONAL SALES MANAGER will ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Location: Beijing

Duties Include: 

  • Customer engagement, follow through and closure of contracts.
  • Secure Proof of Concept, Pilot and Mass Deployment projects in targeted customers
  • Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets set for both design in and revenue.
  • Define and implement sales strategy for design in and market penetration.
  • Manage and drive distribution channel partners in the China region
  • Co-work with regional marketing and FAE to ensure new market penetration and secure design won

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Positive & ongoing professional attitude
  • Excellent communicator
  • Comfort presenting to the customers for new technology
  • Ability to make professional demonstrations to many types of audience
  • Strong communications skills
  • Familiarity with wireless communications technologies is a plus but not necessary
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Understanding of semiconductor industry
  • Experience working across different time zones / different cultures
