Regional Marketing Manager Americas

Based in our Burlingame – CA – office, the REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER Americas:

  • Drives the development of Decawave business and support other marketing activities (Product Marketing and Communications) in Americas under the guidance of the VP Marketing.

Duties Include:

  • Establish the Market penetration plan in the assigned region (definition and execution)
  • Define targeted approaches and marketing pitches which meet potential client’s needs, concerns, and objectives that will convince them to do business with Decawave
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships to complement Decawave’s product offering
  • Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan
  • Support sales in managing existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive
  • Unearth/identify/Open new opportunities at key accounts
  • Participate in the quotation of the solution/service
  • Demand creation and Design Wins tracking
  • Gather, monitor and analyse market trends and customer use cases / requirements’ insights
  • Provide guidance on market trends and advise on future technology, IP, NPI requirements for your market
  • Collect Competitive analysis data
  • Manage and coordinate development of market and product specific marketing and sales collateral material, including brochures, presentation and promotional materials, and provides training to field sales staff in effective utilization of such material
  • Develop review papers, technical papers, white papers for publication as well as presentation at industry conferences

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Business acumen
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry or other tech industry (mobile, consumer electronics…): business development, product development, program management, customer facing positions
  • Working knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts: market analysis, positioning, competitive analysis
  • Should have the relevant Technical understanding: system, digital, RF, Software
  • Excellent communicator
